Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): Other
Do you handle Trial Master Files?
Yes, you can create one or more template files to ‘index’ your Trial Master Files (e.g. like Headings and Subheadings) which can then be used to ‘tag’ your Trial Documents to one or more of your (sub)headings.
Each of your TMF listings will then show your Trial Documents in its corresponding Heading.
You can have as many different TMF listings in any study as you need. TMF Template files can either be reused over different studies or unique Template files can be created for each individual study.
The Study-Portal can also handle Investigator TMFs, where each Site can only access its own Site-TMF. This is handled by secure role-and user-based settings.
Can your Portal assist with Patient Recruitment?
The Portal can be extended with a Public section. In combination with for example Google Adwords, this could be used to create a landing page for patients looking for more information on possible treatments for a specific disease. We have more detailed information on using Google for patient recruitment in a White-paper.
How about informing patients on their individual results?
Each patient is identified (in the Portal) by its user ID. So it is fairly straightforward to display individualized results per patient.
