Study Portal License model
The Clinical Study Portal is supplied under the SAAS (Software As A Service) model. That is, you pay for what you use, nothing more, nothing less. Usage is based on the number of Projects, whereby a project can be a clinical study, trial, research project, etc.
The key technical processes of Provisioning, Delivery, Monitoring and Support are an integral part of our services. As a consequence, Study-Portal is responsible for installation, server maintenance, Backup, upgrades, etc.
Study Portal Usage Fee
The Usage fee is solely based on the number of Research Projects configured within your Clinical Portal environment. As the usage fee is not dependant upon the number of Users, you know exactly what your costs will be.
The monthly fee starts at € 750. We have special discounts for Academic Research and not-for-profit organizations. Please contact Clinical Study-Portal for more details on pricing.
Small Print
We like to keep things simple, so no small print. Contracts can be changed (upgraded, downgraded, cancelled) on a monthly basis. We have a grace period of 3 months: when you start a Portal with us, we only charge you the initial Setup fee of € 3.000. If you are happy with our product (which we are sure you are), we will send you an invoice after 3 months for the grace period. If, during the 3 months grace period, you want to withdraw, no problem, and no further obligation.
